Meet the Team

Valley Property Improvements L.L.C. is a family owned business owned by two brothers Andrew and Jarrod Monnin. The two of them have over 20 years of construction experience with many different trades. Andrew has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Dayton and Jarrod has an Associates Degree in Construction Management with a certification as a residential electrician from Sinclair Community College. Valley Property Improvements goal is to bring your construction dream to life!
